Defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn as the “the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally.”
It can be used to great effect in the workplace and its numerous benefits have been documented in an ever-increasing body of scientific research. Workshops are tailor-made, can be booked individually or as a series, and are based on Clara Seeger’s book Mindfulness at Work in a Week.
