Although the five workshops vary substantially in content, method and delivery style, they are all equally designed to serve the unified purpose of helping individuals and companies explore their true potential and flourish, based on a better understanding and cultivation of our mind and brain.
Given each individual’s unique temperament and learning style and the character and needs of each organisation it may be more appropriate to approach this aim either by way of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness or a framework of mental balance, consolidated through meditation.
