Originally trained as an executive coach with a goal-oriented, solution-focused coaching methodology, through her training in mindfulness and meditation experience, Clara has gradually developed her own unique approach to coaching.
This places a great emphasis on exploring authentic aspirations that are not driven by external goals but by a focus on individual flourishing, i.e. genuine wellbeing which springs from a balanced mind that operates in a healthy interdependence with external events and other human beings, receiving just what it needs and offering its very best to the outside world. The pursuit of goals is replaced by an emphasis on individual maturation and growth of the coachee and a radical re-assessment of priorities, a process that can bring about not only beneficial internal but also external transformation and is accompanied by an enhanced sense of genuine wellbeing.
